We handle everything from evaluating your space, creating your winning listing, interior design, initial set up, optimizing pricing, scheduling cleanings, restocking supplies, maintenance items, guest communication and guest reviews.
With the short-term rental industry growing by leaps and bounds hosts are

Swag Hospitality’s Co-Hosting Services were started as we saw a growing need for hosts to have their listings turned in a short span of time. This grew into assisting hosts manage all aspects their short-term rental properties. Hosting is our passion. We are a woman-owned and operated business Long Beach, California.

When we began hosting in 2016, we tried a few referrals that proved to be unreliable. Reliability is crucial in the short-rental business. We then tried hiring a mainstream cleaning service and were quoted more to clean than our daily booking rate! Not only that, but mainstream cleaning services simply do not understand the needs of Airbnb Hosts. Short-term rental hosting is much more about hospitality than anything else and in order to be successful, this must be understood and must be the cardinal rule.
